Pear and a Curtain 1,2,and 3.
watercolor 6 inches x 6 inches.
These are studies. I am attempting to loosen the composition and layer the paint without subduing the entire thing.

Something great is happening here - you seem to have taken a huge leap all of a sudden. Is it the different way you're playing with layering?
